Who is Holdrate for?+
Holdrate is for Whop community owners with recurring memberships who want to spot inactivity and organise personal outreach before members cancel.
How do I connect my Whop account?+
Sign in with Whop and connect a read-only account API key with member and plan permissions. Holdrate encrypts the key and reads your member activity and recurring memberships. You can disconnect and remove the stored data in Settings.
What does “revenue at risk” mean?+
It is the combined monthly plan value of members flagged as at risk or critical. It is an estimate of exposure, not a prediction that those members will cancel. Churned memberships are excluded from the dashboard total.
What activity does Holdrate measure?+
Holdrate uses the last time a member opened your Whop account’s content. It does not measure activity inside a separate Discord or Telegram community. Members who have never opened the content are measured from their join date.
Does Holdrate send messages for me?+
Holdrate lets you edit and copy a welcome-back message. You send it through your usual channel. Record a member’s return to update the report; the original Whop access timestamp is preserved.
