Holdrate is a member-retention service operated by Swift Ideas. These terms describe the service and your responsibilities when using it. Questions can be sent to our support team.
Your workspace
Only connect a Whop account you are authorised to manage. Keep your API keys and account access secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of manual return records and the messages you choose to send to members. Do not use Holdrate for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging or attempts to access another customer’s data.
Reports and outreach
Reports depend on the information Whop makes available. Activity means access to Whop content; it does not measure visits to separate Discord or other external communities. Revenue at risk is an estimate based on recurring plan prices, excluding discounts and taxes. It is not a prediction of cancellation or a guarantee of retained revenue.
Holdrate prepares message drafts for you to review and send through your chosen channel. Recording a member’s return does not confirm a payment. Paid workspaces are eligible for scheduled refreshes and opted-in weekly digests; you can disable digests at any time.
Trial and subscription
The inactivity audit is free. The Holdrate subscription is purchased and managed through Whop. The checkout displays the applicable price, trial, taxes and renewal terms before you subscribe. The currently offered plan is seven days free, followed by $29 per month before applicable taxes.
Manage or cancel your subscription through Whop. Deleting a Holdrate workspace or account does not cancel the Whop subscription. Refund requests and billing questions should be raised through Whop or with our support team; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Availability and changes
Whop, hosting or email-provider interruptions can delay updates and digests. When a refresh fails, the dashboard retains the last successful report and shows its refresh time. We may change features or maintenance arrangements as the service develops. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or your account email.
Your data
Our privacy notice explains the data the service processes, providers used, retention and deletion options. You remain responsible for meeting your obligations to the members whose information you connect.
